:
This thesis investigates a group of issues and judgments relevant to Fatwa (Advisory Legal Opinion). Its importance is evident in some matters: First, The importance of Fatwa its position, and demonstrating the prestige and position of those who give fatwa. Second: Explanation of a group of judgments relevant to Fatwa which are of great importance in this chapter. Third: The appearance of modern means of asking for Fatwa which require explanation and showing their controls. Fourth: Explaining the need in our present age for controlling the topic of Fatwa and the importance of collective Fatwa. This study has included: an introduction, a preface, and a thesis including a group of judgments relevant to Fatwa conclusion, and an index of the resources and references of this study. In the preface, I've talked about the literal and conceptual definition of Fatwa, and the literal and conceptual definition of the person giving Fatwa. In the conclusion, I've talked about the most important and prominent results I've reached. I've also assigned an index for the resources and references of this research.
