Abstract
:
This study is an attempt to cover a comprehensive study and understand the morphological aspects of animal lizard known and widespread in many places in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Peninsula. Used in these experiments animal lizard (Aoromaspeix Milkkroulibs) drug textured polyurethane dose (1.7 g / kg) was introduced Onpoptin Mtatitin to the stomach on the mouth and on the end pylori of the stomach in order to inject a saline solution (0.8%) to the stomach to measure the amount of acid secreted, the Anatomy of vagus nerve left or right and by making an incision in the middle of the neck of the abdomen, and was made to alert an alarm power to determine its effect on the secretion of hydrochloric acid gastric, was alert vagus nerve left and right independently and that different frequencies (1,5,1030 Hz) and a strong ten volts, alert any of the nerves and the various frequencies mentioned did not cause any significant increase in the secretion of acid. Concluded from this study that the vagus nerve in the lizard has a minor role too, if not non-existent in the control of the secretion of gastric acid, while the greater role in the control in the nerves of local, any network within the wall of the stomach, in contrast to what is in mammals, where the nerve vague an important role in controlling the secretion of acid.
